Our customers are our greatest asset. All of our projects come from either repeat customers or referrals. We recognize that customers have jobs to go to, kids to get off to school and a family life to come home to at the end of the day. For better or worse, the contractor you hire becomes an extended member of your family for the duration of the project at hand.
My foreman, Martin Moreno, has been with me for 20 years. I wish I had a dime for every contractor who tried to hire him from under me. He is respectful, diligent, trustworthy and utterly outstanding at every phase of construction that we handle. He is a true example of what this country was founded on. He asks for nothing other than an opportunity to prove himself and earns respect from our customers and fellow tradesmen.
With that said, our mission statement is simple: On every project we do, our customer has to be satisfied.
Finally, my customers know that they can call me at any time, day or night. My cell phone is always on and always with me. I’ve been in and around this business all my life and I can tell you with an absolute certainty that not being accessible as a contractor is one of the greatest sources of stress a customer can endure.
